Our vision is to glorify Jesus Christ by being disciples who make disciples. This vision has influenced the perspective, purpose, and platform for each of our ministries. Because we want to have excellent ministries, we have done two things: limited our ministries to only seven ministries, and worked to identify the exact purpose of that ministry. This helps our leaders have measurable standards for successful ministry. As you check our our ministries' pages, you'll notice each one is structured in a similar way...
Here's What we're DoingWe call this "THE WIN" statement*, a sentence concisely clarifying what success is for each ministry. This statement influences our platforms for how each ministry is carried out and shows us whether or not we're doing excellent ministry.

Here's why we're doing itEach ministry must have well-structured, biblical theology backing it, or else our ministries would be unbiblical. In this section we aim to explain why each ministry's WIN is an excellent, biblically sound goal to strive for.

Here's how you can be involvedEach ministry doesn't happen on its own; we needs volunteers, people willing to sacrifice their time, talents, and treasures so that the gospel will advance through each ministry platform. We will provide different positions and opportunities for how you can get involved in the ministry you believe you are most gifted for.

*The concept of clarifying "THE WIN" comes from Andy Stanley's leadership practices presented at the Catalyst Conference and written about in his books.
